Prices are considerably lower than using agency sites because both you as the client and we as the service provider do not pay additional service fees. Further, contact us for prices outside the season between October to April, as we allow pets during this period.

NOTE: FOR BOTH YOUR SECURITY AGAINST SCAMS AND OUR OWN SECURITY,  WE WILL EXPECT TO CALL YOU VIA WHATSAPP OR FACETIME BEFORE BOOKING. FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE THAT WE ARE THE OWNERS.

If you book with us we will send you our Terms and Conditions and also photo verification that we own the villa. We will ask you to sign a contract to confirm your agreement and payment details. We do not use third-party so if it's not our name on the bank account details, it's not us. One week before arrival we will send you further details in terms of access, a video to familiarise you with the villa, and further useful information about the area. NOTE: due to Italian government laws we will be required to obtain passport number details from the lead host alongside names and dates of birth of all guests. We are always on hand via the chat service on our website or WhatsApp.  The villa is your own for the period of your stay.

NOTE: Prices are all-inclusive including linen and towels, Wi-Fi, regulated AC, and private use of pool. We have a fair usage policy for electricity and water which should more than cover normal use of utilities. Please read our terms and conditions for further information.
