Villa Mannu

The villa is a carbon-neutral home. It has a salinated 9x8m infinity pool and sleeps a maximum of 9 people. It has 5 bedrooms, In Summer the pool is open between June and the end of September. It has full AC, Wi-Fi broadband, and mosquito covers in all bedrooms. Out of season it comfortably accommodates 6 people and is centrally heated throughout. It is 137m from the sea.

Guests just love the tranquillity, and views of our stand-alone home with small pockets of personal areas around the villa each with its stunning views and different temperatures.

 

Our private salinated infinity pool is why many people come in the Summer! It truly is an experience to swim in a saltwater-based pool and much nicer on the skin. As for the view from the infinity aspect? Well, just look at our photos.

The villa is air-conditioned and heating is provided in colder months (automated through the use of solar panels and a battery storage area at specific times of the day and therefore not 24/7. 24/7 use is an extra charge). It has 5 bedrooms (and 4 bathrooms two of which are en suite and the third literally next door to the main double bedroom with veranda). There are two upper-floor veranda areas with the most spectacular views of the coastline and the upper main bedroom has windows and patio doors where you have unbelievable views of the sea (the second double room also has sea views from the bedroom window). We also have a mezzanine area upstairs with books, TV videos, and PlayStation games for younger adults.

We have a new (2021) modern kitchen and island area with all amenities you might think of to make our villa the perfect intergenerational home for large and extended families.

Bosa is a busy harbour town with great restaurants and tourist attractions. Restaurants and bars are within 15 minutes walk during the tourist season. Beaches are within a 5-10 minute walk.

​

The villa offers superb panoramic sea views. The whole area of Planargia has a 5-star rating for its beaches and is one of Italy's prized preservation areas for coral and wildlife. Because we live on the North West coastline the sunsets are what ALL our guests comment on as 'spectacular'.

Sandy beaches are within walking distance and a short drive will take you to secluded and tranquil coves as well as beaches with nightclubs and discos in the town of Bosa.

THE COST OF THE VILLA IS ALL-INCLUSIVE. THERE ARE NO EXTRA CHARGES. We operate a fair use policy. So long as you keep tp house rules (within our terms and conditions) and do not overuse electricity or water we don't ask for any additional payment.

NOTE: A Video security camera covers the front entrance of the villa and is always on. Other cameras are removed when guests are on the property.
